The Marylander charged us for an electric bill that we were already paying and after multiple emails have still not reimbursed us for the utilities. The constant water shut-offs, gas leaks, package stealing incidents, and roach infestations are annoying enough, but at the very least you would expect the place to not falsely charge you for months without an apology.

If any problems in rooms and amenities solve that problems quickly. Change the things also.

Everyone at the Marylander has been kind and helpful. The office staff are always ready to help with residential concerns, and there's free coffee and often snacks. The amenities like the indoor gym and outdoor exercise equipment make personal goals like staying in shape much easier to accomplish.
