The Team at The Atrium is awesome. You’re not just a tenant, they learn your name and have conversations with you. The building is clean with a livable atmosphere. The Team will listen to your suggestions, concerns etc and I do mean the entire team housekeeping, maintenance, concierge staff/front desk, and most importantly management. This location is at the center of Everything ( the new arena , the hippodrome, the light rail, the subway, the MEYERHOFF, the Lyric, etc.. Walking distance to the... Inner Harbor. It’s Home

I love this community because I love animals. Small animals and insects in particular are things I've always grown up around and really enjoy playing with. However, the rodents around and this community weren't very friendly and just seemed to steal our food. I think they were hungry with 'the munchies' after buying something from any one of the drug dealers immediately outside. I would be careful with the leasing office; especially if they offer you a half-off deal, like they did on May 10,... 2018, because with the parking fees, this place really costs an arm and a leg.

I lived in the Atrium for 4 years in a 1 BR 1 BA. The management and maintenance was great- everything was always completed quickly and everyone I met who worked there was very friendly. My apartment was clean (no spiders in 4 years!) and quiet from the inside (as in, I rarely heard noise from my next door neighbors and NEVER from above). The noise problem came from outside with the light rail. It is loud. Especially when the light rail conductor blows the horn in the middle of the night. I... never got used to that. The other obvious issue is the neighborhood's local open air drug market, aka Lexington Market. This is not a safe neighborhood, but I never had a bad encounter in 4 years, even walking home late at night alone. The Howard Discount Liquor is amazing- great staff. And having Rite Aid right downstairs was invaluable. Give this place a try if you are realistic about the neighborhood. What's rough outside is glorious inside.

Convenient location to most public transportation, restaurants as well as sporting events (Royal Farm Arena, Camden Yards & M&T Bank Stadium). While this location does not offer the amenities of a pool or guest suites, the gym, courtyard, community rooms and business center more than compensate. Upon entering the building, the lobby is very welcoming and all areas are very well-kept; the staff is pleasant and engaging and always helpful as they front desk offers 24-hour staffing. The little... touches such as the coffee bar, monthly birthday cupcakes, Nacho Wednesdays, S'mores night and little breakfast bags on-the-go are what makes The Atrium just the right fit for me!!

I live in the city of Baltimore, and the atrium is located right in the center of the bustling city... This apartment complex offers easy access to the University of Maryland university system and has access to all the main modes of public transportation
The apartment itself is modern, affordable and has a friendly staff
