Welcome to the Spartan House! Located at 2620 Boone St, this beautifully remodeled townhome is on a quiet street, just an 8 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Johns Hopkins University, Homewood campus.

This is an owner occupied home (female grad... student in basement). 2 Rooms are available for rent with a shared bathroom. Seeking roommates, any gender, who are ideally students, medical residents, or working professionals. Pets (cat/dog) are allowed upon consideration. You may apply for yourself and up to 1 roommate. No couples. Max occupancy in household is 3 individuals.

Leasing terms offered are 6 months, 1 academic year, or 12 month lease.

Semester Rent Special: Pay the semester upfront and your monthly rent is reduced $50 per month. You may also pay quarterly by the semester instead of monthly, if desired.

Bedroom A ($1,100/mo including utilities): Located on the second floor, this large 12 by 13 ft bedroom faces the front of the house and receives plenty of natural sunlight. It is fully furnished with black out curtains, a full size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, chair, bookshelf, and wall-mounted smart tv. The room also features a full size closet. This is a single occupancy bedroom for 1 adult.

Bedroom B ($1,175/mo. including utilities): Located on the second floor, this oversized 16 by 12 ft private bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, lounge chair, black out curtains, and wall mounted smart tv. This room faces the back of the house and is very quiet. This room receives ample natural sunlight. This is a single occupancy bedroom for 1 adult.

Bedrooms A and B are on the second floor on opposite ends of a shared hallway. These rooms share a full bathroom, which features a full tub shower, toilet, and vanity sink.

The first floor features the shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a sofa and coffee table seating area, leading to the dining room and full kitchen. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances: full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove, as well as being fully stocked with all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, etc. The kitchen leads out to the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced in, has seating and a shed for additional storage (bikes, grill, etc).

For move in, lease signing and a refundable security deposit are required.
