Worse managed building in baltimore

Broken elevators, broken trash shoots, broken doors, water leaks. Don’t rent here. For a new building there shouldn’t be these problems.

Very satisfied and happy tenant

First, I would like to thank the office staff for their assistance and professionalism. This apartment complex is clean, quiet, and close to the harbor, which makes it even more perfect. I love everything about where I live, especially the fitness center. I will cancel my private gym membership because the property has everything inside the gym!!! I highly recommend this property to anyone that is seeking a new place to live.
