Quiet House, Private Bathroom & Woodstove (Shared Housing)

We’re looking for a roommate to share our home with us.
We live in end unit row home in Ednor Gardens/Waverly, an easy walk to the Waverley farmers market, Giant, Punjab International Market and Lidl. Johns Hopkins Homewood campus is 2 miles away... .
It’s a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The kind where things are pretty calm day-to-day. We hear crickets at night. We share the house with two small dogs both around 25 pounds, so being good with dogs is non-negotiable, they are family.

The space: there are two upstairs bedrooms available as well as an additional office space with a private bathroom on the same floor.
We live in a separate basement suite. The main floor, front porch and backyard are shared. There is a wood stove in the main space.

Bedroom number one is 163 ft.² with two windows and a small closet. The second bedroom is 145 ft.² with two windows and a larger closet. There’s also an optional second room of 100 ft.² that could be used as an office, studio or workout space for an additional price. The smaller room is not a live-in space.
The rooms are currently unfurnished. If you are an international student & want to order furniture by delivery before moving in, we can arrange that with you.

A bit about us: This is a queer home. Be kind, be respectful. We are married, in our 40s and 50s and we’ve lived with enough people to know it works, mostly just want a chill, respectful household. Lee recently finished an undergraduate degree in architecture at Morgan state and Spoon has been a working artist her entire adult life. We’ve had great roommate experiences including Johns Hopkins students through their entire PhD programs.
We’re looking for someone responsible, kind, and generally reliable – someone who values a tidy, quiet, considerate household.

Socializing: We may have a friend or two over for dinner or a fire pit in the enclosed backyard, but most often are in bed by nine or 10 o’clock.
