I will most likely post a negative review online should the energy issues in my unit not be resolved. I have been dealing with them since I moved in on Sept. 10, 2025.

I love living at The Crescent. The apartment itself is gorgeous and unique -- not like the other cookie cutter properties. There are also so many great food options within walking distance as well as a beautiful trail on the marina for walking.

This is the worst management company I have ever worked with. Do not trust Evan, do not trust Jennifer they lie, placate, and redirect any questions or suggestions - and then do nothing.
