Basement Apartment ($1,400/month utilities included): Available now! Furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with private living room, kitchenette, bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room and storage. In the video tour, this apartment is referenced as 'Basement Suite C). The occupancy limit for this apartment is 1-2 adults.

Mandala Suite ($1,275/month utilities included): Available May 31, 2025! Located on the second floor, this large, front-facing master bedroom suite measures 13 by 12 ft and gets plenty of natural sunlight. The bedroom is fully furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, mini fridge, microwave, vanity dresser, desk and chair. With a spacious closet 6 ft in width, there is plenty of room for clothing and storage. The connected private bathroom contains a toilet, vanity sink, and standing shower with glass doors. This suite offers plenty of privacy as it is across the hallway opposite of the Sky Suite. Have the convenience of laundry on your floor with the shared stacked washer and dryer unit in the hallway just outside of your bedroom. This is a single-occupancy suite for one individual only. In the video tour, this room is referenced as ‘Master Bedroom A’.

Sky Suite ($1,200/month utilities included): Available November 1, 2025! Located on the second floor, this cozy, rear-facing bedroom measures 12 by 10 ft and comes fully furnished with a full size bed, dresser, mini fridge, desk and chair. The closet is 5 ft in width, offering plenty of space for clothing and storage. The room has a skylight at the entrance and gets plenty of natural light. Just outside the bedroom in the hallway is the designated private bathroom, which has a tub shower, toilet, and vanity sink. Have the convenience of laundry on your floor with the shared stacked washer and dryer unit in the hallway just outside of your bedroom. This is a single occupancy suite for one individual only. In the video tour, this room is referenced as ‘Bedroom B’.
