The harbor promenade is immediately outside the building, making it convenient to take long walks around the harbor without any roads, cars,... or narrow sidewalks around. This is a very safe, clean, quiet, and well-kept area of the city. A huge bonus is that you’ll have your own parking spot in an indoor, gated garage parking.

Amenities are wonderful with 24 hr security and reception desk, concierge service, fitness center, & outdoor pool. It’s close to Inner Harbor, Fed Hill & Riverside Parks, Camden Yards, Ravens Stadium, MARC Train, light rail, I-95, I-83. It’s also just a few blocks from Federal Hill’s restaurant and shop area.

As for the unit itself, it’s in wonderful shape and fully furnished. That includes:

The main closet in the bedroom has a built-in closet system professionally installed. It includes built-in drawers and shelves along with the clothes-hanging areas, so there’s lots of clothes storage without the need for a dresser. That leaves more open space in the bedroom.

There’s an impressive amount of storage for the size of the unit, with two bedroom closets, a coat closet, and an area of the bathroom with shelves from floor to ceiling. As for appliances, in addition to the fridge and oven/stove, there’s a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The unit also has central air conditioning.

The unit gets lots of sun all day, so you’ll enjoy a large amount of natural light. The unit even has its own little balcony. I use it as a place to grow my plants, but other residents in the building put outdoor furniture on their balconies, and you’re welcome to put some out there.
