Solving minor problems is a tiring challenge,
It was a good and affordable place in downtown Baltimore to live until last year. Now, the new management system is not as efficient as before. New problems are arising that didn't exist before. Once issues could easily be solved with one message, now, solving minor problems is a tiring challenge, in a place that is aimed to be for residents' rest and comfort. Residents welfare and comfort is not a priority in practice!

The management team is such a pleasure to be around especially Tosha, Dom, and Ryan. They are always super helpful and efficient and the maintenance team is super proactive.
