This furnished apartment is on the second floor of a 3-unit rowhouse. It has one bedroom with a separate large living/office/den space, or it can be converted to a second bedroom. In addition, there's a nice porch facing the backyard with a cute and comfortable outdoor furniture set, and an additional porch in the front of the house with a bamboo sofa facing the street. You are welcome to use the large, fenced-in backyard for gardening, grilling, or just relaxing.

The apartment is furnished with top-notch and unique furniture, mixing modern and vintage for a nice boho look. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, microwave and juice maker with storage, open shelves, a TV and a large dining table. It features an antique cast iron sink, to complement the antique tub in the bathroom. The bedroom has natural light (and blackout curtains for your convenience), a queen-sized bed, a large closet and a ladder desk. It also has a door to the back porch. The living room has a TV, wifi, large gorgeous wooden desk, a sitting area by the bay window, and a sofa. While the unit does not have laundry, we are happy to provide access to a small coin-operated laundry room a few houses down (a refundable key deposit is required). It is cheaper than the neighborhood laundromat, and you can use it any time.

Electricity, gas, heat, and internet are included in the rent. The kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils, pots, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and full oven and range. The rooms have high quality sheets, blankets and pillows.

Restaurants, grocery stores, and parks, all within a short walking distance. For example, Safeway, CVS and 7-11 are all within half a mile from the apartment. An abundance of restaurants in the university town area, within a short walk from the apartment. Walking distance to Johns Hopkins Homewood Campus and the Farmers Market.There is a Johns Hopkins security guard on the block during the evenings and nights, and police cars patrol the area regularly for added safety. The local city bus, CityLink's Silver line, is a 0.2-mile away.
