This home is located within the Blue Jay Shuttle Service's 'on-demand' route, allowing for convenient pick-up and drop-off right in front of your home.

We recently adjusted our rates to make budgeting easier for our guests and to help minimize out-of-pocket expenses. This approach also eliminates the need to establish utilities in your name or pay any deposits to service providers.

The home is being offered at $2,290 per month, which includes a $350 utility allowance. If utility usage exceeds this amount, we will provide a copy of the bill, and you’ll be responsible for the difference. Utilities covered include gas/electric, water/sewer, and Wi-Fi. We have 13 homes on this block with the same floor plan, and in our experience, guests typically remain well below the allowance.
