Bedroom A ($1,100/mo including utilities): This large 12 by 13 ft bedroom faces the front of the house and can get a lot of natural sunlight. It is fully furnished with black out curtains, a full size bed, dresser, nightstands, a mini fridge, and wall mounted smart tv. The room also features a full size closet. The maximum occupancy of this room is 1 adult

Bedroom A ($1,200/mo. including utilities): This oversized 16 by 12 ft private bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and comes fully furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, lounge chair, mini fridge, black out curtains, and wall mounted smart tv. This room faces the back of the house and is very quiet. It has 2 windows and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The maximum occupancy of this room is 1 adult

These rooms are on opposite ends of a shared hallway. There is a shared full bathroom which features a full tub shower, toilet, and vanity sink. The laundry room in the same hallway and has a stacked washer and dryer machine.

The first floor is a shared, common area with a unique, hand painted mural. The living room has a sofa and coffee table seating area, leading to the dining room which seats 4, and full kitchen. The kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances: full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove, as well as being fully stocked with all cookware, silverware, plates, cups, etc. The kitchen leads out to a private, fenced in backyard.
