307 Whitridge is a fully furnished 5 bedroom townhouse on a quiet block in the great neighborhood of Charles Village, home to Baltimore's famous "painted ladies". It is within walking (or biking) distance of the Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, Loyola... College, Notre Dame of Maryland University, the Baltimore Museum of Art and many great restaurants. The neighborhood is ethnically diverse and welcoming to all.

There is one available bedroom on the second floor. It has a TV, closet, full bed (with new sheets and pillows), and a chest of drawers. It has a skylight for plenty of natural light (but no window). It rents for $700/m and will become available on January 1, 2026.

The two other occupants of the second floor rooms (currently male Johns Hopkins grad students) share the upstairs full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The first floor has a living room and new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with cookware, plates, silverware, etc. for your use. The shared washer and dryer are in the basement.

You can use the front porch, back deck and yard as well. Your bike can be stored in the basement or secured on the front porch or under the back deck. All utilities and WiFi are included.
