My fiancee, our 2 cats Reuben (orange) and Panini (all black), and I are looking for a roommate! We live in a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom row-home in the Upper Fells Point neighborhood of Baltimore. We are listing the third floor of our home as... your rental space (seen in attached pictures). The bedroom is spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, a lofted ceiling with a ceiling fan, tons of natural light and a nicely sized closet with built in shelving. The bathroom is not located in the bedroom itself, but down the hall! In this hallway, there is a perfect seating, storage or office space. There is also access to our beautiful and recently entirely redone rooftop deck on the floor as well! Also not to worry, the lime green paint is long gone, the pictures included are from our Zillow listing, but we will be happy to show you what it looks like now! Regarding laundry, we have a washer and dryer located in the second floor bathroom that is open for your use. Our entire house receives some amazing natural light and is in a great and safe location. We are about a 6 minute drive (15 minute walk, 8 minute scooter ride) from the Johns Hopkins Hospital. We are 5 blocks from Patterson Park, a few blocks from the Fells Point waterfront/shops and restaurants, 10 minutes drive from Canton Square, we could go on!
We are hoping to find someone who can move in ASAP and who is willing to sign at least a 12 month lease, but we would be more than happy to work with you on move-in time frames depending on your circumstances. We are also happy to send you the full listing of the house, or provide any additional photos that you may request.
