I’m a dental students living at Prosper for the past 3 years and I love it!! I’ve been in the same unit and have no complaints. The building is consistently upkept, clean, and safe with a 24/7 security and elevator fob system. In my 3 years here I’ve only had to call maintenance twice for small issues and it was resolved within 24-48 hours. They are constantly hosting free food pop ups, giveaways, etc. There’s a bunch of students here from UMD and I love it! Definitely a great student housing option for students that want to live super close to school

Horrible New Management
Here’s a revised version:
My experience with this property has been terrible only at the end. The new management is unresponsive, rude, and the building has seen no improvements despite constant rent and utility increases. Moving out was a nightmare, with false charges and poor communication. I have serious concerns about the safety of the building, especially for students and young adults, and will be considering pursuing legal action regarding false charges. Live here at your own risk.

RIP OFF- DONT SEND YOUR COLLEGE STUDENTS
This place yes is beautiful, but they will robe your college student blind. If you have 3 roommate in different section of the apartment, they charge everyone. Yes me as a parent has complained to Marcus and other management departments head they don't care. My son got charge 260.00 for a roommate in the entire other side of the wing my son wasnt even home and we still was charged. If your 10 days late they stick a eviction notice on the door yes not under the door for privacy not in a envelope. Posted on the door. I advise you not to place your college student here it is a whole mess.
