Where is the Leasing Office located?
The Leasing Office is located on the 2nd floor of Nine East 33rd (9 E 33rd Street, Baltimore, MD 21218).

What policies are in place to foster safety at Nine East 33rd?
Residents are expected to be mindful of their safety by being actively involved in making positive decisions. Nine East 33rd requires a fob access key to enter the residential portion of the community. Guests are signed in at the service desk. The community is equipped with safety cameras. There are six student-staff Community Assistants and a Management team member who lives on site for after-hours emergency response.
Can I have a pet if I live at Nine East 33rd?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Nine East 33rd apartments, including visiting pets.
What are Nine East 33rd community standards/rules?
Nine East 33rd residents are subject to their university code of conduct. Residents must abide by any additional rules that are included in the Nine East 33rd Lease Agreement.
Where can I park if I live at Nine East 33rd?
Nine East 33rd has garage parking available but it is not guaranteed. Garage parking permits are not included in the rent installments, and costs $110/month.
Do I need an on-campus meal plan?
Residents who live at Nine East 33rd are not required to purchase an on-campus meal plan. Your apartment has a full kitchen for you to prepare meals. Residents can explore commuter options offered by their university.
What are the eligibility requirements to live in Nine East 33rd?
To qualify for residency, first priority is given to a matriculated, full-time or part-time (or equivalent) enrolled university students.
How do I apply to live in Nine East 33rd?
Applications are available on our website at www.NineEast33rd.com. Residents, regardless of age, are required to identify a Guarantor, or co-signer for their Lease Agreement. International students are able to self-guaranty by providing a copy of their passport and I-20. Applicants participate in a background screening and Guarantors participate in a credit screening. Lease offers are sent on a first come, first served basis.
