Nine East 33rd Apartments

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a cozy room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bath female apartment at Concierge Student Housing, right across from the Homewood campus and located safely within the patrol zone. The building has 24/7 security with... controlled access and surveillance cameras, so you’ll always feel safe coming home. You’ll also get access to great amenities: a gym, game room, study rooms, coffee bar, piano, and micromarket. Full-time maintenance is available and quick to respond to any needs.


Our unit is female-only, and my roommates are friendly, considerate, and clean. The lease runs until July 31st, with the opportunity for renewal depending on availability. I’m able to move out as early as March 20th, so move-in is flexible. You just need to let me know ahead of time, so I can plan my move-out. My unit is more affordable than other units at Nine East because it’s a little smaller, but it still has everything you need. The photos are of the actual room. It’s also quieter than most units since it faces the balcony, not the street. If you’d like more info, just let me know. I have also informed the leasing office about my plan to relet my unit.
