Large 13 by 12 ft master bedroom furnished with full size bed, nightstand, 40 inch tv, printer, dresser, desk and chair. Ceiling fan and two large front facing windows, black out curtains included. Plentiful natural light, facing south. Private bathroom attached. Laundry access just outside your room. No more that 1 person may rent the room.

June move-in discount: Lease finalized on or before June 15th will be reduced by $100 per month for first three months of lease.

-A private suite with keyless entry, you're the only one given the code to your suite
-All utilies included! Fast wi-fi, central air conditioning, heat, water, gas and electricity
-All furniture, linens, towels, and starter essentials for move-in ready simplicity
-Media center with printer w/ color and b&w ink and paper stocked), pens, and index cards.
