GREAT housemates! 5-min Walk JHU/JHMI Shuttle!/parking/ monthly cleaning/ GORGEOUS, Historic, Spa

Short walk to JHU Homewood, and JHMI/Peabody shuttle!
SEE VIDEO LINK BELOW!

Discover the best of both worlds! Your own private space in a friendly house-share with other young professionals and grad students— three awesome, kind, responsible,...
clean roommates!

I am seeking 1 female to join house of 2 gals & 1 guy -- all in grad school (2 at Hopkins!).

House has a total of 4 bedrooms for 4 total people. Beautiful sunroom, porch, patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and large basement available for all to use!

House sits on the northern Charles Village border, with Oakenshawe and Guilford neighborhoods directly out the back door. Great for nice green safe walks or jogs! Out the front door is the bustling area of Charles Village (and 2 blocks to the east is the year-round Sat morning Waverly Farmers Market!).

Huge, gorgeous, comfortable furnished historic townhome in northern Charles Village!
Your room: third floor, steps but totally worth it! Private space, private bathroom, large living space to make however you like, also a demi-walk-in closet.

Make new friends! Have lots of space throughout the home and front porch and rear patio! Have your own private space! And… pay much less than you would in a comparable high-quality apartment!

Key features:
1) fantastic, kind, professional roommates!
2) very clean, with monthly cleaning service!
3) very convenient walk to Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, JHMI shuttle to medical, nursing, and public health campus, and Union Memorial hospital!
4) ample free parking directly in front of house!
5) non-smoking, no drugs, no pets!
6) your own bedroom with your own 2nd floor balcony, therefore privacy + plenty of space for enjoying a full house with great company!
7) perfect location! The home sits at the perfect spot to enjoy amenities north south east and west! For example, a couple blocks south to enjoy all the cafés, restaurants, bookstores, and other businesses of Charles Village restaurants, plus Johns Hopkins Homewood campus, of course!; 1-2 blocks east for weekly Saturday morning Waverly farmers market plus very, hip bars & queer/straight dance venues (Peabody Heights Brewery); directly to the north - literally getting in the backyard of the home - you can enjoy the beautiful, quiet, safe green neighborhoods of Oakenshawe and Guildford, for walking/jogging; and just a couple blocks going West you can use Johns Hopkins gym & track and watch sporting events (and graduation!) at the stadium.
………
Female landlord is a JHU doctoral alum (and the one posting this ad). NOTE: I do NOT live in the house. :) (The reason I’m the one posting this is because I rent out each of the 4 rooms, individually, with four separate leases, to 4 separate incredible individuals. This also means that nobody else is responsible for paying rent on vacant rooms or filling any room that is/becomes vacant, except me.)

(Note: I receive a lot of responses, so gals, PLEASE tell me something about what you do for work or school in your first inquiry. I rarely respond to generic inquiries. If you have time, please answer these questions below. But if not, we can cover these later on. Thanks!)

1. why you are moving?
2. what you do for work or school (just generally speaking is enough)?
3. when you need to start (or a range)?
4. how long you plan to stay (if you know)?
5. if the rent is within your means (generally income is 3x the rent, so about 3000/month)?
6. if you are coming with any other person (if the answer is yes, this other person will need to rent a room of their own. In some instances, there may be two rooms becoming available at a similar time, so don't hesitate to ask!)
7. whether you are bringing any pets (of any kind) -- If the answer is yes, please don't bother applying)
8. whether you smoke, use drugs, drink heavily, host large parties (if the answer is "yes" to any of these, please don't bother applying)

No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no heavy partiers, no pairs (room is for 1 person only).
Applicant (or co-signer), must have credit score >600 AND minimum monthly income > $3000.

$100 to be added to posted monthly rent amount to cover utilities, WiFi, lawn care, and cleaning service.
