Furnished bedroom close to hospitals, park, waterfront

Fully furnished bedroom available in Fells Point townhouse. It's in a great location in the Fells Point area of Baltimore, just 1/2 mile from Johns Hopkins. We've had multiple travel nurses and students rent from us, and the feedback has always been... that it's a quick and easy walk to Hopkins. We're also very close to recreation areas. The townhouse is less than a 10 minute walk to Patterson Park and a 15 minute walk to the waterfront ("downtown" Fells Point). There is a nice neighborhood feel here, but at the same time there are lots of really good restaurants and bars to check out.

The house itself has three floors, with the first floor including the shared kitchen, dining room, and living room. The second floor has the bedroom that we're renting out, as well as a full bathoom and a guest bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed, a nightstand, a dresser, a 55" smart TV and TV stand, blackout curtains, and a large closet. T

In addition to the furnishings, we provide renters with their own linens and towels to use while they're here. As renters also have access to a full kitchen, including all the flatware, silverware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc. We've made sure that the unit is completely ready for move-in. This is a turnkey rental, so just bring yourself and your personal stuff!

The owners - my husband and I- also live onsite, along with our 18 lb lap dog. We only go to the 2nd floor to use the washer/dryer and to walk from the 1st to the 3rd floors. My husband & I are a friendly, quiet couple in our 40s. My hobbies are gardening, cooking, & baking, and Chris' hobbies are swimming and eating (which works out well). Adeline, our little cavalier spaniel, is a sweet, gentle girl who is a therapy dog at the local nursing home/hospital. Our home is cozy and calm.

Garage parking is included in the rent, which is a huge plus for both security and convenience. Another great aspect of the house is the rooftop deck. It's the entire length of the house and has a great view of the city. There's a large table there which seats six people comfortably.

We're flexible when it comes to the length of the lease. Just let us know how many months you'd like to stay.
