This is a furnished apartment with it's own entrance in a well maintained townhouse. The space is clean, comfortable, and quiet for those who need a soft place to land and study in their off... hours. Shady Nook Avenue in Catonsville is convenient to public transportation, local hospitals, universities, and other attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores deliver and a couple are within walking distance.
Each bedroom has it's own closet, desk, and dresser(s).
Access to laundry is on site.
Kitchen is stocked with essential equipment and some items to get you started like coffee, tea, condiments. Owner has also made sure basic cooking and baking supplies, spices etc. Cleaning supplies, lunch prep supplies are stocked.
Updated bathroom is bright and sunny offers good water pressure with tub/shower with removable shower head.
Laundry is on site in the basement level and can be accessed by taking the stairs. Iron and ironing board are provided.
A few outdoor spaces available to tenants on the lower level such as patio/porch and garden with a grill.
Apartment is available to rent by individuals by bedrooms or as an entire unit. 1 bedroom has a twin bed, while the other has a full bed. Both beds are new, with fresh linens and towels provided.
I have had good luck renting to medical professionals workers and students in the last year and hope to continue.
Housekeeping available for an additional fee.
