Biddle Mansion

Fully renovated grand 1870s brownstone in the heart of Mount Vernon. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, enormous bathrooms with walk-in showers, custom-zoned air conditioning and heat, and statement light fixtures.

Four bedrooms,... three full baths including one with a clawfoot tub, an additional half-bath, two living rooms, and walk-in closets round out the space. Original details abound, including chandeliers, fireplaces with mantles, pocket doors, sconce lighting, and a Prohibition-era secret storage hatch.

PARKING: Fits two compact cars or one large car on a parking pad accessed from behind the unit. Street parking is also widely available- easily obtainable permit from the city.

UTILITIES: Utilities not included- gas, electric, water in the tenants name prior to move-in. We upgraded the heating/cooling system to be room by room controls with individual energy star minisplit systems to reduce costs to residents given the high electric costs these days. Trash/Recycling city pickup and included.
