Safe, convenient, and clean

I selected Avalon 555 President out of 12 various apartment complexes around Baltimore City & County. It has all the amenities I was interested in: pool, gym, covered/secured parking, walkable, etc. It’s in a relatively safe & convenient neighborhood; but, be aware of the pros & cons of living in any city. Robin, Mona, Darnell, and Daija (not sure about the spelling) have all been a delight to see at the concierge desk (Thank you for all that you do for us)! The movers I hired arrived a week... late, so Tamara and Danny were gracious in allowing me to use their coffee machine & printer until I received my belongings (Thanks for being lifesavers)!! Maintenance is quick to respond within 24 hours. It seems like all staff members work diligently to keep our space clean, safe, and interactive - I appreciate their professionalism! I’ve now been here for 1 month and I haven’t had any concerns about noise (aside from the vibrant noises of the city). Big perks include being proximal to delicious restaurants, CVS, & Starbucks!

Not resident-friendly at all

Some residents are using their apartment for business purposes and making loud noises AM & PM.
Manager's response to all of that: We cannot do anything about it. If you want you can leave and pay all the concessions and crazy termination fees.
So if you love peace do not pay for their overpriced apartments.

Not allowed to use outdoor space

This building would be nice but they do not let you use any of the amenities. You are not allowed in the outdoor space. It is spring and would be great. I would look into other places.

Literally Just OK

Yall, these apartments are average for what they are trying to charge. The washer/dryer, and bathroom/kitchen appliances are super out dated. I wouldn't consider this a luxury apartment at all. Not only that, the "new" cabinets look like they were just covered in contact paper or painted or something. It looks awful + embarrassing. Decided not to go with them after touring.
If you are looking for apartments that are literally the same price and way prettier I highly suggest looking at... apartments around the area. I found a beautiful luxury apartment down the street for the same price lol
