Guilford Avenue is very bike friendly, has special speed bumps with a bicycle path dugout, and yield circles to slow down traffic. Parking permit is NOT required on this block and no street cleanings require you to move your car. Parking is abundant and headache free.

ROOMS / HOUSE:

Room: Large (~15ft x 14ft) with large closet. Room will be furnished with full size bed frame and mattress, but I can take those out if you don't want them.

House: The Key is this House is NOT a College Crash Pad - It Is A Well Decorated home with modern art and furnishings, FULLY REHABBED in 2016, new AC and heating system, washer & dryer in basement, marble kitchen counter tops, security doors in front and back. Front porch for summer hangouts and backyard for BBQs (I have a grill in the backyard, too, that you can use). Two full bathrooms. House is fully furnished. This includes all living room and dining room furniture, and all kitchen items, including plates, cups, cutlery, bowls, microwave, and many other miscellaneous items you would otherwise spend out of pocket to get a house/kitchen up and running.
