Hello! My name is James. I own a 3BR/2.5BA home in Ednor Gardens. I am looking for a respectful and clean graduate student or young professional to... rent a private bedroom in my home. International students & LGBTQIA+ individuals welcome! ¡Y se habla español!

Tenants will have their own private bedroom and have access to their own full bathroom (which another tenant will share only for use of shower). Tenants will pay monthly $750 ($700 rent + $50 flat rate for utilities). The bedroom is completely furnished with full-sized bed, bureau, nightstand, private closet, bookshelf, desk, chair, and small filing cabinet. This is a smoke-free house. I also do have one handsome cat that has access to all common areas of the house.

The home has shared living spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen), washer/dryer access, fenced back yard/patio. Utilities include electricity, water, gas, heat, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Additional storage space can be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Ednor Gardens is a quiet and safe neighborhood that is centrally located with friendly and respectful neighbors. Plenty of street parking is available. Within walking distance to parks and Lake Montebello.

We are also within walking distance of JHU's Homewood campus (30 min), Loyola University (30 min.), and Union Memorial Hospital (25 min.). All are easily reached by car within 5-6 minutes. We are also a block away from a beautiful YMCA and four blocks from Giant supermarket. There is also easy access to JHU's shuttles and public transit.
