My overall experience at 225 N Calvert has been positive. The leasing and maintenance teams are responsive, professional, and quick to resolve service requests. The location is convenient, and the move-in process was smooth overall. While there are areas that could be improved, I appreciate the team’s communication and responsiveness. It has been a fairly seamless living experience.

ThThe management just ignores concerns, is unresponsive, and unhelpful. There have been more and more problems here and the response is to not address it.

225 is great place to live and have community..I love it here its home. Even when we have lil problems or big we can trust that it will be resolved and we are valued by others as human beings and not just residents. We a family here

I love living here! The high ceilings make the apartments feel really big and the amenities are great! The staff throw fun community events and I have become friends with some of my neighbors too!

I love my apartment space, it is quiet, my reserved parking is wonderful and the residents are friendly.
Amenities are also very nice but would like access to the penthouse to be improved related to last minute rentals. Also, we don't have a clear sense of the Concierge hours.
