One 2-bedroom townhouse, available two ways. This is our new summer home to be rented out most of the year while we're away. Available as early as August 15th, for approximately 9 months (flexible,... minimum of 6 months). You can rent one private bedroom or the entire townhouse.

How It Works (please read before messaging)

This is shared housing: a single townhouse with two rental options.

Option A — Private Ensuite Room: $1,600/month
- Front bedroom only — ensuite bath + dedicated workspace
- Full access to shared common areas: kitchen, living room, deck, laundry, parking
- Fits up to 2 people. Two twins or queen bed possible (you pick)
- Back bedroom is NOT included — reserved for owner use during summer visits
- Full access to all Cross Keys amenities (3 pools, tennis court, shops etc).

Option B — Whole House: $3,200/month
- Both bedrooms, 2.5 baths, entire townhouse
- No shared use with anyone else
- Fits up to 4 people
- Back bedroom has king bed
- Full access to all Cross Keys amenities (3 pools, tennis court, shops etc).

- Interested in a longer-term lease for the whole house? Ask — we may be able to arrange alternate accommodations for our own visits
