Enjoy having the privacy of the entire fully finished basement apartment to yourself with a walk out to a beautiful backyard and garden! Fully furnished and all utilities included for a seamless move in. The suite consists of a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette and a storage room. If you need to cook on the stove, you may use the oven on the first floor but you have your own full size fridge and microwave in your suite. Laundry access is on the second floor. This suite has a private walk-out exit to the fenced in back yard where you may enjoy the garden, seating, shade, and artful scenery. This suite is perfect if you have a pet, living alone, or a couple.

Rent Specials:
Summer move-in discount: Lease finalized on or before July 31st will be reduced by $50 per month for the duration of the lease.

Semester special: Pay the semester upfront for $100 off per month (Applicable to Summer/Winter sublet, Fall Semester, and Spring Semester)
